The Master’s Pet Series is a special and creative way to capture your pet’s spirit. Sometimes, extra fees come up beyond the sitting or creation fee. These extra fees might cover travel time outside the Treasure Valley, buying props, or designing a stage or background. We do our best to give you an accurate quote for these fees before the actual photo shoot.
Digital Proofs and Retouching Services
When you first see your photos, they’ll be in the form of digital proofs. These proofs give you a preview of what the final images will look like. You can view them online in a digital gallery or during a print presentation. During this time, you and the photographer can decide on any final adjustments to make the images perfect.
Retouching is all about making your photos look their best while keeping them natural and real. The photographer carefully edits a photo to improve its appearance when it is retouched. This can include fixing the color, adjusting the brightness, or making the image sharper. Standard retouching, including all prints, usually involves softening facial blemishes, whitening teeth, and removing stray hairs.
Sometimes, a photo might need more advanced changes, known as enhanced retouching. This could mean removing a person or pet collar from the image, changing the background, or making other big changes. These custom retouching services go beyond the basics to give you a truly unique photo.

Copyright, Usage, and Watermark
When Idaho Photography Studios takes your photos, we keep the copyrights. This means we decide how the photos are used. For example, we might put them on our website, use them in ads, or sell copies. We do not need to ask for your permission.
When you buy a digital image or print package, you can use it only for personal and social media sharing.
If you want to use the photos for business, you need to make a separate agreement with us. We always make sure each digital image looks its best. If you buy a digital image on its own, there is an extra fee for retouching.
To keep your printed photos looking great, order them directly from our professional print lab.
Both digital and printed photos will have a small studio watermark. This watermark shows our studio’s name but does not distract from the picture.
